1. Stay calm and assess the situation – In an emergency situation, start by taking a deep breath and assessing the severity of the situation. Staying calm can help you make the right decisions for your oral health.
2. Call your Lower Plenty dentist – Contact your Lower Plenty dental clinic and explain the situation to them. They will be able to advise you on the steps to take to save your tooth and arrange an emergency appointment for you.
